"This life is a huge gift. I will live it fully and with self-compassion so that I can be the best version of me possible."
I'm not excellent at one thing, but quite good at most, so I suppose multi-sport was a natural stopping of point for me. I also want to pass on what I can too so again, coaching is an obvious fit. I like to lean, grow, share and remain joyful, positive and energised about life. At this point in my sporting life I want to find some new challenges and am excited to maybe change things up over the coming years. I also want to take advantage of getting older as I enter new age-groups. I'll never stop, why should I?

What motivates you?
'Run in such a way as to take the prize'. This line from the New Testament sums up how I live and how I want to live. In the past it's motivated me to work hard to the determent of myself, but now it motivates me to do what I need to to be the best version of myself. I think taking time and not hurrying might be a bigger part of my life, sport, faith and goal setting going forward.
What have you learned with each year?
As I head to wards 40, I still feel 25 and I'm thankful for the lessons I have learned about diet and health that have allowed that to be my experience.
